Web) and processes them twice a day, returning the results via Email. Their database contains about 28,000 stations all over Europe, with complete timetable information for Germany. The site also features tips
about railroading in Germany and links to other European countries.

This is an online "Mitfahrzentrale"--a service that allows drivers and would-be passengers to
request or offer a ride for a particular destination and date. You send a query via Email saying when and where you are going and receive a reply when and if a ride or passenger is available. No fee is charged
though, of course, people accepting rides share costs with the drivers.
