Cincinnati. The German-American experience of World War I will be examined at a symposium sponsored by the Indiana German Heritage Society (IGHS), and hosted by the German-American Citizens League (GACL) on March 17-18.
The symposium begins on Friday, March 17th with a dinner program at Mecklenburg Gardens, and continues on Saturday, March 18th at the Hampton Inn in Corryville with presentations on German-Americans and World War I in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. The symposium concludes in the late afternoon with a reception at the German Heritage Museum.
