Everything will revolve around cheese in the village of Campo Tures/Sand in Taufers in the twin valley Valli di Tures e Aurina/Tauferer Ahrntal during the Cheese festival. This archetypal Alpine valley nestling beneath 80 “three-thousander” summits is famous for its mountain dairy farms, making it a fitting venue for a cheese festival. Over 100 cheese producers from all over Italy will present more than 1000 different cheese varieties. This mature festival for bons viveurs will be actively supported by a number of restaurants in and around Campo Tures with superb cheese-based dishes.
